Important Information for Incoming 6th Graders
For the 2025-2026 school year, 5th graders going into 6th grade will now be attending middle school with 7th and 8th grade.

In a heartwarming collaboration, Kindergarten students let their imaginations soar as they drew colorful, make-believe characters—fuzzy monsters, magical creatures, and silly sidekicks. Then, the 6th grade students took over, transforming the whimsical drawings into 3D stuffies.
With felt, thread, and plenty of creativity, they stitched and stuffed each character, bringing the Kinder students’ imaginations to life. The young artists were amazed to see their dream creatures become real, huggable friends.
This magical partnership sparked joy, creativity, and pride across both grades—a celebration of imagination and teamwork.

Bookmark Creation Contest Winners
Each year in celebration of Library Month in April, the Reinhardt Rockets compete in a bookmark creation contest, with the winners printed copies available for library patrons to use and admire!
Congratulations to Jacob, Frida, Aliyah, Julia, Ella, Logan, and Baker! Each grade-level winner receives a set of 10 of their custom bookmark, is featured on the school website and morning announcements, is printed for patron use, and has their bookmark artwork displayed all year in the library.

Three Rockwall ISD seniors have been recognized for their commitment to education with scholarships through the district’s “Grow Your Own” initiative, a partnership between the Dr. Gene Burton College & Career Academy, Rockwall Education Foundation, and ROCK after-school program.
